About Us

Bridging Healthcare Between China and the World

We help international patients, especially from New Zealand and Australia, access medical care in China with clarity, trust, and personal support.

About the Founder

At 24, I arrived in New Zealand on a working holiday visa, expecting a short adventure.

Instead, it became a defining chapter of my life. I studied IT, became a front-end engineer, and spent the next nine years living and working in a local software company. Life was stable, fulfilling, and full of exploration - from the coastlines of Abel Tasman to the trails of Kepler Track, from Tongariro's alpine crossings to the waterfalls near Lake Taupo.

I thought that life would continue, simple and predictable.

Until 2022, when my mother was diagnosed with stage II ovarian cancer.

Everything changed.

I returned to China immediately and became her full-time support - navigating hospital systems, coordinating treatments, and staying by her side through chemotherapy, surgeries, and long hospital stays.

Just as we hoped for recovery, another challenge came. Due to post-surgical complications and osteoporosis, she suffered a serious fall that led to femoral head necrosis. In 2025, she underwent hip replacement surgery.

Through these years, I experienced firsthand how overwhelming and complex medical care can be - especially for families trying to make the right decisions under pressure.

At the same time, I could not ignore the contrast between my experience in China and the healthcare systems I had known in New Zealand.

I began to see a gap: many international patients are unaware of the accessibility, speed, and depth of medical resources available in China - while also lacking a trusted guide to navigate it.

This is why I started this service.
